The full-time program is designed for students who plan to devote nearly all of their time to the study of law while the Part-Time Evening Program is designed for students who plan to work during law school. Part-Time Evening Program students are limited to 10 credits per semester and students who take classes on a part-time basis will graduate in four years.
Applicants must designate in their application which program they are applying to. Part time students are able to take all remaining required courses Professional Responsibility, Upper Level Writing Requirement, and the Practice Skills Requirement in the evening. Beyond required classes, starting in Fall part-time students will have greater flexibility with respect to when they take their classes and what classes they take after their first year.

The innovative IPC model of legal education fuses the theory of law with the practice of law, where students learn not only law, but also the necessary practice skills to use that law effectively.

Many law schools will ask you take the LSAT by December for fall admission — but admissions teams don’t wait until the deadline to start making their decision! Get those applications submitted as early in the process as possible. A completed, ready-to-review application includes your LSAT score.
Starting in mid, there will be seven test dates annually. Schedule your LSAT test early enough that your scores will be available by your first law school application deadline. We recommend that you submit your applications between late September and early November. You can take the test in December or February, but many schools will have filled some of their seats by the time your scores hit the admissions office. Assuming you are applying for NEXT fall admission, there are some advantages and disadvantages for these popular test dates.
